• Annual statewide competition.
• Same National Objectives, eligibility standards as the RA.
• Rated and ranked by state staff based on a scoring criteria.
• Capped at $300,000.
• Must have completed the Environmental Review Report and have Release of Funds.
• Must have completed design.
• Applications are submitted directly to Arizona Department of Housing.
