We are happy to serve as a Resource Center for economic, demographic, and other valuable databases to further economic development activity, grant writing, etc.
We serve member entities with project development, grant writing and grant administration; we host and participate in regional training efforts and sponsor or co-sponsor valuable seminars, symposiums and networking meetings throughout the SEAGO region.
We assist in developing, coordinating and implementing long-term economic goals within particular areas of emphasis, including tourism, agriculture, business expansion, retention, and attraction.
Maintain current information on state and federal funding opportunities, assist communities in obtaining such funding, and work to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
Assist member entities in managing EDA-funded projects – to include reporting on awards and project facilitation.
Report to member communities on relevant state and federal policies and regulatory initiatives – to include distributing interest papers as necessary.
SEAGO is here to serve and support. It is up to you to write or call us (520-432-5301 ext. 210) so we can help!
