Save My Home AZ will provide foreclosure prevention assistance to qualified Arizona homeowners. Your lender must agree to participate in the program.
To see if you meet initial qualifying criteria, go to savemyhomeaz.gov to take a self assessment test to access the application.
Eligibility for the assistance is based
on a variety of factors go to the eligibilty page for details.
If you have a government issued or insured mortgage such as a VA (Veteran’s Administration), FHA (Federal Housing Administration), Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association) or Freddie Mac (Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) loan, these investors are not currently allowing principal reduction on these mortgages.
Currently, there are no Down Payment Assistance Programs available. Please check back from time to time to see if any programs have become available.
