The Your Way Home AZ program funding is now available in all of the SEAGO region. NO ZIP CODE RESTRICTIONS. Funding MUST BE committed by June 1, 2010 or the remaining SEAGO region money will be distributed throughout the state.

Your Way Home AZ

The new program is called "Your Way Home AZ" and is only for the purchase of foreclosed homes. This program is not a first time homebuyer program but you must live in the home you purchase. This program is not for investors and speculators. Successful applicants can receive up to 22 percent of the purchase price of the home. There is no closing costs assistance under this program and a family must bring in 3 percent of which 1 percent must be from their own funds, the other 2 percent can be gifted. Applicants must meet all program guidelines.

As of December 9, 2009, Your Way Home Arizona funding is restricted to the following zip codes: 85607 (Douglas); 85621 (Nogales) and 85648 (Rio Rico).
