Notice is hereby given that the City of Bisbee, Arizona is soliciting sealed technical and cost proposals from qualified and experienced firms or teams of firms to provide turnkey operation services for our rural public transit system (Bisbee Bus) funded in part by the FTA/AZDOT 5311 – Formula Grants for Rural Areas Program

This process supports full and open competition. Proposals will be received and evaluated in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local procurement requirements.
